Game saves state in the post jam version.

Now if you play the post jam version, the game will save it's state between plays so you can leave and come back and not have to restart.

I didn't update the HTML5 version because that one is likely the one that will be rated by the Ludum Dare community, so if you want to save your progress play one of the other version.
